UNC Center for Civil Rights attorneys are out of a job. Now what?

Two attorneys at the center were notified their employment will end in January after the UNC Board of Governors voted to ban the center from legal advocacy. The attorneys will form the Julius L. Chambers Center for Civil Rights; meanwhile the UNC Center for Civil Rights will continue as an academic and research center.
